At CURIO I lead the creative and production side of a floral and events studio. At PivotCrux, the studio I founded, I redesign short-term rental interiors through an AI visualization pipeline I built myself. Whatever environment I walk into, I build the tools it is missing.

CURIO is a floral and events studio in Saudi Arabia, and my role there is operational as much as creative. In a business this size the concept, the print, the machines, the pricing and the people are all the same job — so this is what running that floor actually involves.
Six areas of responsibility — scroll through them.
Setting the visual direction for every client-facing surface: event themes, invitation suites, table cards, packaging inserts, price lists and the social feed. One coherent language across a business that produces dozens of one-off pieces a month.
Event styling, staging and floral composition — from the concept sketch to the setup standing in the venue on the day, including layout, proportion, color balance and the pacing of how a space reveals itself to guests.
Bringing bespoke production in-house instead of outsourcing it: laser cutting, 3D printing and vinyl work, plus the material decisions, machine settings and tolerances that make a part actually usable.
Building the product cost structure and setting margins across physical stock, rental items and digital goods — three lines that price by completely different logic — and coordinating suppliers against event deadlines.
Invitations, table cards, price lists and signage, designed and produced on the studio's own machines. Owning both the design and the output means the file and the finish are decided together, not handed off.
The back office: catalog, invoicing, inventory and reporting. Manual tracking gave no view of margin, so I built the tools that did — the applications shown further down this page.

The studio had no fabrication capability and no back office when I started. Both exist now because I introduced them.
Laser cutting and 3D printing brought custom pieces in-house instead of outsourcing them. The rentable backdrop system turned a one-time build cost into recurring revenue. The invoicing and inventory application replaced manual tracking with real margin visibility.
Four machines, one production capability. Some of what it makes belongs to where I work. Some of it is mine.
A 3D-printed piece with an NFC chip embedded inside. A phone passed over it opens the linked destination immediately — no QR code to scan, no app to install, nothing to type.
Built as a product line rather than a single object: several formats, each one programmable to a different destination and customisable to a brand or a person.
An elegant medallion that works as a digital invitation and as the entry pass — access stays limited to the people actually holding one, which keeps the guest list private and the event properly managed.

Restaurants and cafés present the menu electronically from a piece sitting on the table.
Links directly to a Google Maps pin — a wedding hall, a restaurant, a workplace — so guests arrive without directions being explained or searched for by hand.
Programmed to open a photo album or any digital content, which makes it work for keepsakes, sharing artwork, or presenting a commercial offer interactively.

2D and 3D backdrop design for events, plus a rentable staging system: a layered wooden base paired with an interchangeable printed foam panel.
The base is reused across events and only the panel is reprinted — which turned a one-time build cost into a repeatable rental line.

Three working applications, each written for a real operation that needed it. All offline-first, all single-file, all still in use.
A complete English back office: a product catalog that treats physical stock and digital goods differently, automatic net-profit calculation from cost versus price, monthly and annual reporting, and printable client invoices. Built to survive a browser storage restriction on Android by falling back through three storage layers.

Built for international clients: USD, SAR and EUR with adjustable conversion rates, automatic PC-YYMM-000 numbering, a self-building client registry, pre-payment and confirmation invoice types, and JSON export for backup.

The last stage of the visualization pipeline. It takes raw AI output and produces a branded client delivery: images renamed and zipped to a fixed convention, and a complete delivery site generated from the description text. Started as a single HTML file, now an installable app with vendored libraries and a service worker — fully offline.
Stage one — image packaging. Every render for a project is dropped in at once. Each one is assigned its role (hero, before, after, detail, palette), renamed to a fixed convention, and zipped. The naming is what lets the delivery template find the right image without any manual wiring.
Stage two — site generation. The description output is pasted in as plain key–value text. The tool parses it, injects each value into the delivery template, and writes a finished index.html the client can open on any device.
AI output arrives full of emoji, ASCII boxes and inconsistent heading levels — the tells that make a deliverable look machine-made. The tool strips all of it and rebuilds the content as designed cards with a proper cover page and print-correct A4 pagination, so tables never break across pages.
It started as a single HTML file. I converted it to an installable PWA: libraries vendored locally, a service worker for offline use, a manifest, and icons generated from the brand mark. It runs with no internet connection and no dependencies.
